When you submit your request to an item we don't have full text access to, our Interlibrary Loan team reaches out to libraries all of the world to get you the information you need. Typical turnaround time for journal articles is 1-2 business days, but there are a variety of factors that could impact that. If you are requesting a book the turnaround is 7-10 business days.

Protocols

JoVE Methods Collections facilitate the efficient transfer of techniques within research communities, promote standardization and collaboration, and accelerate scientific progress.

  • Each collection will include peer-reviewed video articles highlighting different techniques and their applications, unified under a common scope.
  • Researchers will serve as Guest Editors, defining the topic and curating the Methods Collection to ensure it represents important foundational and emerging methodologies in the field.
  • Methods Collections will each have their own dedicated page on JoVE’s website highlighting the overview and scope of the collection.

UR Research Repository (URRR)

The UR Research Repository (URRR) offers a place for faculty, researchers, students, staff, and UR community members to deposit their research outputs. URRR allows you to:

  • Share your data, papers, presentations, dissertations, and other research outputs

  • Make your work easily accessible to the global research community

  • Meet publisher and funder requirements (such as the new NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy)

  • Reserve a DOI for your research output

  • Connect your data and research outputs to your publications and ORCID

  • Benefit from the UR Libraries’ data curation process

Every UR community member will be allotted 10GB of initial storage and data submissions will also undergo a light data curation process by the UR libraries, helping ensure your data meets funder and publisher standards.

Visit URRR to get started or contact our team of data librarians to get personalized guidance.
